My First Custom Wedding Pieces!
Last month I had the distinct honor of creating a pair of earrings and a necklace for my friend's wedding. She's a friend from back in the day, and we reconnected through a website created by one of my classmates, and through Facebook. I had half jokingly told her one day that if she wanted non-tradional jewelry for her wedding, I could hook her up! Well, she took me up on my offer. Told me her budget, what stones she wanted, (Citrine and Peridot, their birthstones), and wanted the metal to be copper. Well, this is what i came up with, and she loved it! I must admit, I am quite proud of myself...pat on the back!
Ann's custom wedding necklace. Copper, freshwater pearls, swarovski crystals, citrine and peridot. I used handcrafted copper links and handcrafted copper chain.
Btw...This was my wedding gift to her!
